How does it work?

Step 1
Discovery

Contact me to set up a discovery call.

We will discuss your business and design needs. Then, I will review the process with you as well as write up a quote to approve.

Step 2
Kick-Off

After you approve the quote. We will have a 30 minute kick-off call. You will be asked to provide your content and images.

You will need to purchase the domain + website, then provide admin access.

Step 3
Design

I build a sitemap and design mock up based on the content from our call. This shows the navigation and page design. At this stage you will provide edits and approvals to start the site design. We will also lock in the launch date.

Step 4
Site Buildout

I start to build out your website on your SquareSpace or Wix platforms.

Midway through the buildout, we will have a video call to walk through the design and function. You will also have access to view throughout the process.

Step 5
Proofing & Review

Once I have built out the full site, you will be asked to proofread the content, navigation and provide feedback.

I will make the edits, and notify you when completed for final approval to launch.

Step 6
Site Launch

On the reserved launch date, I will launch the site and spend time proofing the functionality on multiple devices, verify links and forms.

You will also be asked to review the live
site for final edits within 1 weeks time.

Additional services/fees:

  • Client must purchase their WIX or Squarespace site account

  • Additional web pages: $250 per page

  • Photo editing, icon design, charts or graphic elements - to be quoted

  • Site content writing. Have a basic idea of your text, but need it written. Add on copywriting service for $75/web page.

  • Domain transfers, additional fee.

  • Delayed launch dates will have a fee if more than 5 business days delayed.

Website management:

  • Web maintenance and graphic services for $100/hour.

  • Monthly maintenance contract available or quoted by project needs.
